Returns are accepted as long as the item is still in its unopened, original packaging. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt of the item. In each instance you must notify us by email that you intend to return with the reason and your contact details. Please use the email address at the bottom of the page with RETURN in the subject line. In every instance we hope you like your purchased item and if a return is neccessary we will endeavour to meet your requirements. For exchanges please email us in the first instance with the details of the situation. |
