What quality of cards are used?
All our cards are printed on premium quality 250gsm plain white card.

How long will it take my item to get to me?
We have a 3 day turnaround time which means we have 3 days to receive, process and ship your order. It does not always take this amount of time and in most cases the item is shipped the day after you have ordered. We post first class so usually expect 2 days before you receive your order. In the case of gifts please refer to the individual description page.

How are cards sent?
All greetings cards are shipped under plain cover in hard backed envelopes.

What if I don't want to pay over the internet?
We have an online order form for you to print out and fill in for your order. You can post this along with your payment (cheque/postal order) to us and we will ship as soon as payment has cleared. This will not be as quick as an internet payment as we will have to wait for cheques to clear before we ship items.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we do. Please alter postage accordingly.

Can I change the colour of my envelope?
Not at the moment, however this will be an available service pretty soon!

Tell me about the designs.
All designs are unique and we hold the copyright. An idea pops into our head and then suddenly theres a card. If you have any suggestions for a range then please let us know! You will be credited accordingly.

Can I stock your cards? They're fab!
Certainly! Just email us at the below address and we'll get back to you :)

How about if I want to order lots of cards?
Please feel free to! We will either ship in two envelopes or, for larger orders we will ship in a rigid cardboard box. If you feel a larger postage discount applies for an even larger order then please contact us before ordering and we will quote you for your order.
