All items are sent first class and therefore should reach you the following working day. Please note we have a 3 day turnaround time from receiving your order and sending out goods. For domestic shipment we use Royal Mail. For overseas orders we use Royal Airmail. Large letters are used for card postage and small packets for all other goods. If you have not received your item within one week of purchase then please email us with your full contact information as well as details of your order. The only reason this should happen is if there is a delay on the postal carrier, and as such we will endeavor to rectify the situation as soon as possible. |
